Check out our first video diary from the 2013 Maiden England tour - from the opener in Bilbao through to Download Festival at Donington Park (and that Spitfire!). The Maiden England tour continues through Europe this month, finishing up back to the UK for 2 nights in London at the beginning of August. We then take a couple of weeks off before heading out for dates in North and South America - check the tour dates page for all the details.

Iron Maiden’s Saturday Aug 3 show at London’s O2 Arena sold out in just 12 mins so a second show has been added on Sunday Aug 4. This will definitely be the band’s last UK show this year as soon after they head off for a few selected USA shows before a massive trip around Latin America including headlining Rock in Rio and National Stadiums in Mexico, Chile and Argentina.
Iron Maiden launches online store for Trooper beer

British heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN have launched an online store dedicated to their new ale, Trooper beer. The Trooper beer was officially launched on May 9 at Robinsons Brewery in Cheshire, with a reception attended by brewing trade representatives from both the U.K. and internationally.
Iron Maiden launches Download set with Spitfire flypast

IRON MAIDEN kicked off its headlining performance at Download festival earlier tonight (Saturday, June 15) with a Spitfire flypast. The classic World War II fighter plane reportedly crossed the skies at Donington Park in Leicestershire, United Kingdom three times before the British heavy metal legends opened their show with "Moonchild", a song from their 1988 album "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son". Bruce Dickinson announced tonight to 90,000 fans at Download Festival, Donington Park, that Maiden will round off the current 30 date European leg of their MAIDEN ENGLAND WORLD TOUR in London, with a show at the O2 Arena on Saturday 3rd August.
Trooper beer to be available at Download Festival

We know there’s been a lot of speculation among fans as to whether Maiden’s very own TROOPER beer will be available at Download Festival so we are happy to finally confirm the answer is YES! A limited quantity of TROOPER beer will be available to buy while stocks last from three locations on the site: 2 of them between the Main & Secondary stage areas, and 1 in the campsite.
Nicko McBrain celebrates 61st birthday on stage in Paris

IRON MAIDEN drummer Nicko McBrain celebrated his 61st birthday during the band's concert last night (Wednesday, June 5) at Bercy in Paris, France. Fan-filmed video footage of MAIDEN singer Bruce Dickinson's lengthy French-language introduction, along with a crowd sing-along of "Happy Birthday" to McBrain, can be seen below.
Sao Paulo gig changes venue

As all of IRON MAIDEN's fans worldwide know, the bandmembers do not compromise when it comes to the performance and spectacular production they put on. The IRON MAIDEN concert which was earlier scheduled to take place at Sao Paulo, Brazil's Jockey Club on September 20 will now happen at Arena Anhembi due to noise limitations imposed by the previous venue.
