Thomas Zwijsen: Nylon Maiden Guitar book

Classical guitarist Thomas Zwijsen will release a guitar tab book for his album ‘Nylon Maiden’ on October 3rd. The book will have tablature and standard notation for 12 songs and will also contain a 4-track bonus EP with non-album tracks, including a brand new arrangement of Fear Of The Dark, and a link to online video lessons for each song.

Paul DiAnno's US tour officially canceled

Former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno's previously announced U.S. tour, which was originally scheduled to kick off in January, was then postponed until May/June, and then pushed back to the end of the year, has now officially been canceled due to issues with the tour's promoter. Di'Anno states: "My apologies to the American fans who have been let down and to the various promoters who got so badly burnt in this way."

Fan-filmed video footage of former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno's July 10 performance at Lilla Torg in Malmö, Sweden can be seen below. Di'Anno's previously announced U.S. tour, which was originally scheduled to kick off in January and was then postponed until May/June, has once again been called off. According to Paul, the trek "is now being rescheduled to the later part of this year."
Tickets to London's concert being sold for fourteen times their face value

According to ThisIsMoney.co.uk, tickets to IRON MAIDEN's London, England concert in August are being re-sold via secondary web sites for more than fourteen times their value a day ahead of going on general sale. The tickets to the band's gig at the O2 are being sold for as much as £700 (approximately $1068) for one standing ticket, via reselling web site Viagogo. The cheapest ticket on sale is £375 (approximately $572), via another web site Seatwave, is more than seven and half times face value.

Bruce Dickinson to pay tribute to Jon Lord

The concert to celebrate late DEEP PURPLE keyboardist Jon Lord's life and music will be held on April 4, 2014 at London, England's Royal Albert Hall. Artists confirmed so far include DEEP PURPLE members Ian Paice, Roger Glover, Don Airey and Steve Morse. IRON MAIDEN frontman and longtime The Sunflower Jam supporter Bruce Dickinson will also perform, along with Rick Wakeman, Joe Brown and Alfie Boe.
