Maiden announced two more shows in Brazil

Maiden will play at the Jockey Club, Sao Paulo on September 20th and in Curitiba on September 24th. This is following the recent news that Rock In Rio sold out all 490,000 tickets within hours, of which 70,000 were for 22nd September, the final night of the Festival and the night which Maiden will headline. Very special guests at both shows will be Big 4 thrash masters Slayer, with support also from Swedish heavy rock phenomenon, Ghost.

Iron Maiden will return to Mexico on 17th September to once again headline at the Foro Sol Stadium, Mexico City. Very special guests will be Big 4 thrash masters Slayer, with support also from Swedish heavy rock phenomenon, Ghost. Tickets go onsale 20th April at 11am.

Paul DiAnno's US tour postponed again

Former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno's previously announced U.S. tour, which was originally scheduled to kick off in January and was then postponed until May/June, has once again been called off. According to Paul, the trek "is now being rescheduled to the later part of this year."
Iron Maiden will play seven more gigs in the USA

IRON MAIDEN will make a brief return to the USA this September, playing seven specially selected shows en-route to Latin America where they will once again headline at the legendary Rock In Rio Festival, Brazil, on 22 September, their show there having recently sold out to 70,000 fans in just a couple of hours.

Clive Burr's funeral held in London

A funeral service for former IRON MAIDEN drummer Clive Burr was held on Monday, March 25 at the City Of London Crematorium in London, England. PRAYING MANTIS guitarist Tino Troy, who attended the funeral stated: "It was an honour to be one of the pallbearers and good to see so many old faces there. It was a moving service but a beautiful celebration of his life too. Like them skins... ya hit us hard, mate! RIP and thank you bro!"
