This compilation is a selection of tracks that the band chose, in order to approach the US fans. I couldn't personally really understand the reason of this specific release, so it's just one more Iron Maiden CD next to my collection. As Steve Harris says, It's a collection of tracks which for him are supposed to symbolize the past twenty-five years of their professional career.
The album is an introduction to the world of Iron Maiden and includes a live track (Fear Of The Dark) taken from the biggest show in their history, at Rio De Janeiro (It's also included in "Rock In Rio") in January 2000. As the band hopefully showed, "Edward The Great" is not the final curtain. Metalheads, who are not familiar with the band (not familiar to Iron Maiden?), this compilation, will make you buy some more album, with the name of "Iron Maiden" on them!
