Ok, this one's for me! I just got the promo into my hands directly from e-bay.com and I can say that it's the very same we've all heard so far, higher quality of course. Only one track of the forthcoming album "Dance Of Death", called Wildest Dreams! A pretty fast and opening track as Iron Maiden got us used, sing along refrain and a nice two-guitars solo, make Wildest Dreams a great song.

The artwork is what exactly what you see on the right side, plus some wonderful artwork with a landscape all over the rest of the case, that gets in mind pictures from the band's video-clip "From Here To Eternity" (Rocks, bones and a red sky). I personally dislike the artwork in addition with the 3D rendered artwork of the forthcoming "Dance Of Death". Digipack case, and a red (a big star) cd, make this one unique, plus it's limited to 1000 copies. The original cd single, also contains "Pass The Jam" and "Blood Brothers" (Orchestral Mix). For more updates check out "Alexander The Great" www.atgfc.com and their official web site: www.ironmaiden.com.There's nothing more than expect the whole album! Up The Bloody 3D Irons!

Iron Maiden, seven days before the release of their thirteenth full length studio album, released a CD-single and for the first time a DVD-single. "Wildest Dreams" is the opening track of "Dance Of Death" and really rocks. As the band got us used, the first track is always pretty fast with heavy riffing, with Bruce Dickinson's voice, dominating our CD-players! Into this two version CD/DVD single there is a brand new eight minute long track, called "Pass The Jam" which is written by the whole (!!!) band, plus an orchestral mix-version of Blood Brothers, which actually sounds exactly the same to me! The extraordinary part of this DVD single is unfortunately the idea, of including a DVD video clip of this new track into a "single". The disappointing part though, is this very same video clip that contains only 3D graphics and no band shooting at all!! It's also worth to mention that the band for the very first time has released this single under "Copy Controlled" system, something that disallows the listener to copy or turn the tracks into .mp3 format. Of course, this ain't something that gonna stop any one who wants so, just because over the internet at the moment, you can download those tracks under the desired format. Anyway, I didn't like this single too much, just because of this clip, but the new song sound fine, and we are all here, waiting for "Dance Of Death".
