Με το Final Frontier στις αποσκευές τους και στα πλαίσια της προώθησης του, μας επισκοπήθηκαν στο Terra Vibe Park οι Βρετανοί το 2011. Στα πλαίσια του Sonisphere Festival, μαζί με μια πλειάδα καταξιωμένων γκρουπ του σκληρού ήχου (Slipknot, Mastodon, Rotting Christ, Gojira κ.α.), μια ζεστή Παρασκευή του Ιούνη, οι Maiden ήταν για ακόμα μια φορά πιστοί στο ραντεβού τους με το ελληνικό κοινό.

Bruce Dickinson, Iron Maiden's vocalist, visited our country, the 21st of July, for a single gig, in Lycabetus Theater in Athens. Greece was the only Bruce’s headline gig, during this European tour. The doors opened at seven o’clock and the band, took its position on the stage at half past nine. The band consisted from Alex Dickson (Guitar), Pete Friesen (Guitar), Chris Dale (Bass), Robin Guy (Drums) and of course Bruce Dickinson on the vocals.

Between the 12th and the 14th of April, Paul Dianno and his band, the Killers, visited Athens for one and only performance during their world tour. The whole thing apart from some minor problems that occurred worked out very well. The concert finally took place at the "AN Club" on the 14th of April and not the day before as it was scheduled (venue problems, but everything finally went fine).

January 26th, 2002 will be a day to remember for all BLAZE fans since it is the day that the band came for the first time here in Greece for two shows (Athens 26th and Thessaloniki 27th) and it is also the release day of the new album called Tenth Dimension.

On the 4th of September, I went to the Lycabetus Theatre in Athens to watch the most important metal band of our decade. The gig was sold out and 7,000 people from all over the country (Crete, Corfu etc.) had prepared themselves for the upcoming show. 21:30 and Maiden explode into ‘Futureal’. It is impossible to describe the reaction! The whole crowd was head banging and singing along with Blaze.

Having been the envy of all Maiden fans, by winning probably one the most amazing prizes the band has ever been associated with, this next paragraph or two will probably make you gloat.. Picture this, it is 5am and your on your way to the airport hoping the car doesn't break down. You arrive on time and think that is the most worrying part of the journey over - Wrong!

It was five o'clock when the doors of the stage opened, but fortunately a friend of mine informed me that the band was at Metropolitan Hotel next to Onasio hospital... When I heard that I took a cub and get to the hotel immediately! When I got there I saw Steve Harris in front of me...
